Under the principle direction of the Billing Manager, as Billing Analyst, I am responsible for daily processing of permanent placement records of all U.S. and Canada branches and divisions. Each perm placement must contain complete candidate and client information, and must have all supporting documents in order to be approved and invoiced. I ensure that each placement is billed according to the terms listed in the contract with the client, as well as any special invoice handling communicated by the client outside the contract is followed in order to provide excellent customer service. I work with branches throughout Unites States and Canada to issue bonus and referral check requests, as well as, customer refunds for candidates who are no longer employed with the clients. Daily, I answer and resolve up to 100 emails including but not limited to customer invoicing, placements/adjustments, and individual financial reporting questions. I am responsible for coding Invoice Handling report which contains special invoicing instructions according to the specific categories so that Billing Production team can deliver invoices according to specifications. Daily, I reconcile aged queries for placements and/or adjustments which have not been processed due to missing or incorrect information. Each week I manually create and enter invoices in PeopleSoft for executive search candidates and invoices for monthly expenses from the staff at the branch. I work with the rest of Billing Team to successfully close end of the month and end of quarter as the volume of the placements and inquiries significantly increase.
