For the first 3 years, supervised all the import processes at the hugest international airport in Japan including documentation and communication with customs, international customers, and overseas airports. Educated subordinates as a trainer. After moving to Global Marketing team at headquarters, as a marketer and a product planner for pharmaceuticals, partnered with sales and operation teams to develop relevant documents to support product selling processes and contributed to 262% increase in revenue in FY2021 compared to FY2020.
