As a Horticulture Intern at Bord Bia, I contribute to promoting Ireland’s horticulture industry through a variety of initiatives. I work on campaigns to encourage the consumption of fruit and vegetables, including two EU-funded programs. I also assist with financial planning by preparing budgets, tracking expenses, and supporting cost-effective project delivery. My role involves regular stakeholder engagement, event coordination, maintaining project records, and delivering presentations. I'm currently studying for a BSc in Public Health Nutrition at Technological University Dublin, with a strong interest in food systems, sustainability, and community health. Previously, I worked at Oasis Health Foods, where I applied my nutrition knowledge to advise customers and managed day-to-day operations including ordering stock, processing invoices, and liaising with suppliers. I’m skilled in Microsoft Suite, Canva, and event management, and enjoy creating engaging content and supporting meaningful campaigns. Passionate about health promotion and the Irish food industry, I’m always eager to contribute to impactful projects that drive positive change
