Since joining my current company in May 2013, I’ve built a well-rounded and progressive career within the pharmaceutical and distribution industry — starting in customer support and working my way up to my current role as Service Operations Manager. Over the years, I’ve gained hands-on experience across multiple areas of the business, including internal sales, field sales, and service coordination. This journey has not only deepened my understanding of customer needs and operational efficiency but also shaped me into a versatile professional who can adapt, lead, and deliver results across departments. In my current role, I oversee service operations — ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so our teams can deliver the highest level of support and care to our clients. I’m passionate about process improvement, team collaboration, and creating systems that drive both customer satisfaction and internal performance. With strong skills in communication, purchasing, and Microsoft Office tools, I combine operational know-how with a people-first approach. My academic background in European Studies adds a broader perspective and cultural awareness that I bring into all professional interactions.
