I have experience as a centre head heading 100 plus members in Centres spread across India. I have exposure in my career to grow business across new regions in the role as a technology consultant by delivering technology solutions for the use cases of the client with a phased approach without affecting business. I have served as a technical project manager with offshore team and on-site teams, for many big shot enterprise clients serving as their extended team. Heading multiple project teams, collaborating with members from various geographical regions, helping the team members to understand the business use case and the business actors without affecting the timeline have been my key strength. I strongly believe an application would be a market hit l, if we consider the people who are using the application firstly and not the technology behind it or the technical challenges. My experience with mobile and web application development have helped me in my journey. I track technology trends and researched potential integrations to enable digital transformation and innovation.
