About Aparnaa Ravi

With over 6 years of experience in both manual and automation testing, I’ve built a well-rounded QA skillset focused on delivering high-quality software across web and API platforms. My expertise lies in creating efficient automation solutions while maintaining a solid foundation in thorough manual testing practices. As an Automation Engineer, I’ve worked extensively with tools like Selenium WebDriver, Cucumber BDD, and Katalon Studio to build scalable, maintainable automation frameworks. I also bring strong experience in web manual testing, ensuring functionality, usability, and responsiveness across browsers and platforms. Core skills and tools: • Web Manual Testing: End-to-end functional, regression, UI, and cross-browser testing with a keen eye for detail and defect detection. • Automation Frameworks: Expertise in developing keyword-driven, data-driven, and BDD frameworks using Selenium and Cucumber. • API Testing: Proficient in using Postman for manual and automated API validation and integration. • CI Integration: Experience in using Jenkins to trigger, schedule, and monitor test execution with real-time reporting. • Version Control: Daily usage of GitHub for test script management, version control, and team collaboration. • Test Management: Skilled in Jira for tracking user stories, bugs, and sprints, and Zephyr for test planning, execution, and reporting. I take pride in bridging the gap between manual precision and automation efficiency. Whether it’s exploratory testing, building automation suites, or streamlining QA processes, I bring commitment, clarity, and a continuous improvement mindset to every project.
