As a Senior Technical Recruiter, I am responsible for developing and executing recruiting plans for IT roles, using various portals and sources to find and attract qualified candidates. I also manage the entire recruitment cycle, from screening and interviewing to negotiating and closing offers, ensuring a positive and efficient experience for both the candidates and the clients. I have 5 years of experience in talent acquisition and recruitment, working with different companies and industries, such as Tekshapers and Lead Management & Consultancy. I have successfully filled multiple positions, ranging from junior to senior level, across different domains and functions, such as software development, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. I have also maintained track records and reports in Excel, and followed up with the candidates until they joined the company. I hold a bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services from ARKA JAIN UNIVERSITY, where I learned the fundamentals and best practices of HR, such as organizational behavior, employee relations, compensation and benefits, and performance management. I have also received certificates of achievement and merit from The Art of Living and Jamshedpur Youth Organization for my academic and social contributions. I am passionate about finding and connecting the right talent with the right opportunity, and helping them grow and succeed in their careers.
