I have 18+ years of experience in 360-degree aspects of Product Management across technologies and domains. At my last firm, Lifion @ADP, I was mainly responsible for defining the HR and payroll product strategy for different countries and owning the complete product roadmap. Customer research, Backlog prioritisation, roadmap planning, writing user stories, and working with the team in scrum agile mode were part of my daily activities. As a Product Manager at startup Wooqer, I was accountable for customer adoption, understanding customer needs, defining product marketing strategy, outlining product roadmap, handling product portfolio, and managing engineering teams. As Product Marketing manager for Wearables and digital products at Amadeus SAS (Nice, France), I had exposure to budgeting, resource planning, project trends, and long-term revenue forecasting. My ability to make key decisions, not being afraid to make well-versed assumptions, and delivering results on time empowered me to suggest key decisions to C-level executives. As a strategy management trainee at RATP Dev(Paris, France), I gained hands-on experience in strategic and program management. My good time management skills helped me lead two projects simultaneously: market analysis and IT vendor management. During my tenure at SAP SE (Germany & India), I designed and developed various products for the SAP ERP ( HCM & Mobile) solution. I have been awarded the title of "Women of Substance" for emerging as a role model in the firm. My passion for creativity, ability to multitask, and willingness to take responsibility and make decisions supported me in launching a small venture selling hand-painted apparel.
