Have a strong understanding of electrical power distribution systems, induction motors, control panels, as well as PLC and HMI programming software such as Autonics, Omron, and Schneider. Experienced in handling troubleshooting on industrial electrical equipment quickly and accurately to minimize operational downtime. Proven ability to work on cross-departmental projects with good coordination with engineering, maintenance and production teams. Have effective communication skills and a collaborative work approach to achieve common targets in high pressure situations. Disciplined, responsible, and always prioritizes work safety according to K3 standards.
