Apoorv Agarwal is a packaging engineer with international experience in protective and sustainable packaging across the consumer packaged goods (CPG) sector. He holds a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from PDPM Jabalpur, a Post Graduate Diploma in Packaging from the Indian Institute of Packaging (Delhi), and a Master’s in Packaging Science from Rochester Institute of Technology (RIT). Apoorv has over five years of hands-on experience in packaging development, material selection, and transit packaging optimization. He has worked in both manufacturing and corporate environments, including roles in India supporting CPG and industrial products, and most recently in the U.S. at Bayer Consumer Health, where he contributes to packaging initiatives across the Myerstown manufacturing facility and Saphired, NY office. His work focuses on solving complex packaging challenges through material innovation, cost-effective protective design, and real-world testing. He brings a global perspective to packaging strategy, bridging regional requirements with scalable design solutions.
