Heading projects and directing resources, on-going trials and new trial start-ups; ensuring that studies are conducted within regulatory requirements, timeframes and budgets. Formulating long-term / short-term strategic plans & SOPs to enhance operations; ensuring proper implementation of policies towards promoting & protecting health & safety and environment & organizational effectiveness. Frequently participant in JCI, NABH, NABL and all accreditation, associated certifications and programmers. A role of Hospital & Clinic Operations Management / Customer Relationship Manager / Patient Experience Manager is where my abilities can be best utilized. A firm professional with clear focus on daily operational activities, monitoring of regular KPI’s, to develop it even better than before because I believe that there is always a gap for improvement. This makes me a good fit for a role that strategizes an automation transformation for an organization to minimize the manual tasks and get better utilization of resources.
