Stepping into the intricate world of logistics and supply-chain management over seven years ago, I've cultivated a versatile skill set fueled by a deep-rooted passion for the pharmaceutical and aviation industries. Armed with a bachelor's degree in pharmacy and an MBA in pharmaceutical marketing & management, my journey is anchored in driving operational excellence and elevating customer satisfaction. During my tenure in Canada, I have performed various roles in the logistics and pharmacy sectors, both in Canada and India. At present, I work as an Operations Supervisor at Kwest Freight Services Inc, wherein I manage day-to-day operations, pharmaceutical projects, and provide customer service to our clients from pharma, aviation, and mining industries. Previously at Cargolution Inc, I handled activities ranging from day-to-day import and export operations along with customs formalities, to billing and reporting. Other than this, I have also worked as a Pharmacy Assistant at Metro Pharmacy, where I assisted pharmacists with dispensing medications, inventory management, and patient counseling. While I was in India, I worked at SFS Pharma Logistics, handling the day to day operations and providing customer service exclusively to players in pharmaceutical industry. Being a keen learner, I am always eager to add to my existing skill set and widen my horizon to have a stronger portfolio. I possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills. Technical-wise, I am proficient in Microsoft Office, CargoWise, Magaya, and other software. Regarding language proficiency, I am fluent in English, Hindi, Punjabi, and Marathi.
