I am a seasoned Operations Manager, that takes pride in my integrity, work ethic, team building, leading & developing to achieving excellence in our operations. My desire for continuous learning and desire to be a part of positive change has brought me to work for the State. I'm in the process of completing a Data Analytics course, Psychology and others to follow. Ultimately, I enjoy the roles where I am responsible for the overall operations, financial success, stellar customer service and the growth and development of my team! I love a challenge, especially those specific to operations management, employee disciplinary/corrective actions and reform. I love to train, coach, and empower people to be their best professional selves. Some of my greatest success and accomplishments have come from developing my most challenging employees which does leave me interested in HR as well as Psychology which I am pursuing education in. I'm so proud to see the employees I trained and coached accomplish far more than I ever could, that makes me feel extremely grateful to be a part of their journey! Have a fantastic day!
