With over 15 years of experience in the wellness industry, I am a passionate and dedicated professional who strives to promote health and happiness for myself and others. As the General Manager at YogaSix, I oversee the daily operations of the studio, including staff management of wellness advisors and instructors, customer service, member retention, sales, social media channels, business to business networking and grassroots events, ensuring a positive and engaging environment for both staff and clients. I am also a Certified Pilates Instructor at Club Pilates, where I teach classes and use my expertise in anatomy, alignment, and movement to create safe and effective workouts for clients of all levels. In addition, I have a background as a Licensed Massage Therapist, which enables me to understand the needs and challenges of clients with chronic pain, injuries, or stress. Prior to finding my passion in the health and wellness community I was a District Manager in a retail setting where I gained knowledge and experience in successfully managing and developing multiple location averaging $1 million in volume. My core competencies include leadership, communication, problem-solving, and customer satisfaction. I am always eager to learn new skills and explore new opportunities in the wellness field.
