About April Dawn Wild

My passion in life is inspiring people towards greater health and happiness. This comes from my many years of studying yoga, meditation, mindfulness and healing practices. I have have been practicing and studying yoga for over 15 years. With a background in Psychology, experience in the corporate world, 7 years running a hospitality business, yoga teaching, mindfulness for stress courses and much more its led me to running a thriving events business.In 2018 I founded WILD & WILD which is now an award winning womens events business. At WILD & WILD, we’re more than just an events business—we’re a movement rooted in natural wellness, women’s empowerment, and authentic connection. Our mission is to create spaces where individuals feel inspired, supported, and motivated to live their most vibrant, empowered lives.Through The WILD & WILD Community, we’ve cultivated a network of like-minded souls dedicated to personal growth, holistic wellness, and meaningful relationships. Whether it’s through transformative events, wellness workshops, or daily motivation, we aim to spark inspiration and foster connections that last a lifetime.I have always been interested in people and in findings ways to help todays society with issues it faces such as stress, mental illness and so much more. Yoga was the driving force that completely changed my life and I am so grateful to be able to do what I love, building community.We believe in the power of community to uplift, empower, and create lasting change.
