I have worked in the Credit Union field since the early 1990's. I started in check operations, with Georgia Credit Union Affiliates for 17 years. I took a few years away from The Credit Union industry to learn the Real Estate industry before going back to the Credit Union world. I have been with APCU since 2015 starting in Member Services, traveling to different branches and departments learning all aspects of operations. I eventually became the Member Service Manager, then became the Specialized Accounts Department Manager. I am now the Specialized Member Service Manager where I lead a specialized team who provides personalized and high-quality service to our most valued members within Business Deposits, NRLCA, and Loan Servicing as well as Specialized Accounts. Encompassing new and existing business relationships, new and existing postal related relationships, overseeing Estate, Trust, Conservatorship, Representative Payee, and Power of Attorney related requests. Managing processes related to Deceased member accounts while displaying empathy and understanding. Assisting members with Loan servicing questions and requests including but not limited to titles, insurance products, warranty products and general loan information. Assisting with new and existing Traditional and Roth Individual Retirement Arrangements, processing tax information and following IRS guidelines. Maintaining new and updated processes and procedures according to Credit Union policies as well as State and federal regulations. Ensuring the best possible member service for our members
