About April Good

I am a licensed real estate associate broker with Lashley Land & Recreational Brokers, Inc. specializing in farm, ranch, and recreational sales as well as residential properties. I grew up in the heart of the Sandhills before attending the University of Nebraska at Kearney and graduated with a bachelors degree in Business Administration and a real estate emphasis. Always having a passion for real estate, I soon thereafter started my own company Mid America Land & Realty, L.L.C. as the employing broker of several agents for 13 years before joining the Lashley Land team. My education and experience as an employing broker enabled me to gain extensive knowledge of the various markets and has been able to successfully list and sell properties of all kinds. I enjoy spending most of my free time outdoors with my family and friends whether it involves camping at the lake, riding ATVs or tubing the Long Pine Creek with my daughters as I grew up doing. I look forward to being a part of the Lashley Land team to help better serve the areas real estate needs, particularly with the farm, ranch and recreational sales.​
