Background
About April Grace Lowe
Wellness and Psychology teacher at Geffen Academy at UCLA, teaching mental health to students using listening circles, self-regulation techniques, and a variety of mindfulness and movement practices. With 18 years of teaching wellness in both clinical and educational settings, I specialize in breaking down lessons to be more accessible for a variety of ages and learning styles. I am also a Producer, Narrator, and Creative Writer, with a passion for telling stories and creating uplifting and meaningful content. I have created content for Sony Studios, National Basketball Association (NBA), Evolution Physical Therapy, and Insight Timer. I offer group classes, corporate classes, and private sessions online and in person, using my skills in narration, content writing, and mindfulness meditation. My mission is to build relationships, inspire wellness, and foster creativity.
