Review (and create when needed) technical design documentation according to requirements. Analyze impact in other application areas. • Collaborate in the creation of functional design when needed. • Apply code development best practices (e.g. reusability, maintainability, error handling). • Ensure team understands impacts resulting from change requests. • Work with Infrastructure providers when involved with Operational Readiness Testing, Performance Testing, Issue resolution and /or deployment activities. • Coach team members on developing various functional/methodology/technical skills. • Provides application support (issue resolution, troubleshooting and enhancements). • Ensures all key deliverables are reviewed before delivering.
