About April Kulick

April Rose Gabrielli is an alternative folk pop artist, producer, instrumentalist and engineer with BMG US, as well as an official artist of Casio Music Gear & Avantone Pro Audio/RAD Distribution. April’s music and productions have been heard on US & UK radio, Spotify’s “Fresh Finds Pop,” “Noteable Releases” & “New Alt” playlists; Vevo’s “Incoming Pop,” and on MTV’s “MTV U” & Brand Spankin’ New” video rotation. April has toured the US & Canada with Andy Black, The Faim, The Spill Canvas, KULICK, Ryan Cassata & more. April has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Arts & Entertainment Management from Pace University. While at Pace, April helped to develop and facilitate the new major’s growth and success. April has since returned to Pace to give lectures and sit on panels regarding Women in Media, Independent Music Management, Music Distribution and Touring. Upon graduation, April was named 1 of 110 “Students to Watch in The Entertainment Industry” by Variety Magazine. Additional press mentions include NPR (The Tiny Desk Contest Entries That Impressed Us This Week) and a spotlight in Songwriting Magazine as one of 50 Female songwriters interviewed for International Women’s day. April’s debut single (prod. By The Pear) received an HMMA nomination for “Best Pop Song” and reached #24 on the Billboard A/C chart. Her debut music video won “Best Music Video” at the 2021 Female Voices Rock Film festival. The same year, April was chosen to perform, write and produce the title track for "Not The Science Type" a series that made its debut at NYC's 2021 Tribeca Film Festival.
