With nearly 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, my journey began as a Transcriptionist before I was given the opportunity to move into credentialing and enrollment. It was during that time that I discovered my passion for managed care contracting — a field that blends analytical problem-solving with the mission of improving healthcare access.Since then, I’ve developed deep expertise in managed care contracting, gaining a strong understanding of healthcare regulations, reimbursement methodologies, and payer relations. My work focuses on supporting critical access hospitals, rural health clinics, and provider-based clinics to ensure compliance, efficiency, and financial sustainability.Outside of work, I enjoy getting lost in a good book, spending time with my family, and running a side business with my daughter — Mystery Book Nook, where we share our love of books and creativity.
