About April Piper

I have over 15 years experience in Project Management, Office Management and Business Development. I started this journey in 2001 with Broadband IP, a small WISP startup. I am great at building relationships with customers and boundary partners. I recently went back to school to complete my Associates in General Studies Arts/Humanities degree at River Parish Community College and I am now pursuing my PMP certification. I am seeking employment for a long term full time position with a company where I can make a positive impact! My last position was Project Manager for Cox Business Louisiana. I managed complex fiber and coax business customers. I managed on average between 200 and 250 customers simultaneously. I recently completed my Associates degree and I am now working on obtaining my Project Management Certification. I also have business administration and accounting experience as well as business management, customer service, collections, billing, sales, telecommunications (phone, internet and Cable, wireless communications), marketing, event coordination, contract deployment, building access negotiations and business development. I have worked in many aspects of the daily operations for a business. My salary needs can be negotiated and will depend on the position available and I am looking for a permanent full time position. I am proficient in Microsoft 365, Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint, access, ACT, Optix, ICOMS, Quickbooks, Quickbooks PRO, OBEE, POS Systems, Peoplesoft, Tableau, Remedy.
