Mentor, recruit, and train and advance the skills of others Assess existing departments operations and implement new policy/practices for greater operational efficiency and accuracy while reducing errors and trimming cost Manage and monitor call center, customer service, modification, shirt sales and collection teams. Train new staff members, perform regular coaching, review regular scorecards performances and conduct performance reviews along with making recommendation regarding corrective actions and dismissal Provide problems-resolution on accounts in foreclosure and loss mitigation with regards to customer issues in negotiating, collecting, posting of funds and customer services Assist in long term strategic planning of collection, short sales and mods Monitor live calls and provide feedback and coaching of staff daily Track reports to verify queues are being worked appropriately and advise staff of any change in policy and procedures
