I’m a data analyst with a track record of analyzing data and improving processes. In education, I used Excel and other tools to analyze performance data, identify learning gaps, and adjust instruction based on results. I designed classroom systems that encouraged independence and streamlined daily operations. To support success, I collected feedback through informal surveys and observations, turning raw data into improvements that kept learning on track. In healthcare, while in the military, I managed patient data and medical readiness records, ensured compliance with strict standards, and streamlined documentation workflows. My work included credentialing providers, writing patient notes, and supporting teams in an ER, an OB/GYN clinic and Navy Squadron. These experiences strengthened my attention to detail, process management, and ability to communicate clearly with diverse stakeholders.In every setting, I’ve trained others, explained processes in practical ways, and built trust by making information usable instead of overwhelming.I am seeking a data analyst or operations analyst role where I can apply SQL, Excel, and reporting skills to drive decisions, optimize workflows, and improve efficiency. I value contributing to a collaborative team while also having the autonomy to take ownership of projects.
