I am an experienced healthcare professional with a passion for consulting, project management, and education. As a DNP prepared nursing professional, I have the innovative ability to apply credible research findings to project initiatives that align with a healthcare organizations strategic plan. This extensive knowledge of translational science in conjunction with my business and healthcare administrative background has helped me develop into a highly effective change agent. When developing projects, I focus on interventions that best support the integration of the most up to date knowledge while not adding to clinicians workload. I am uniquely prepared to bridge the gap between what we know to be best practice, and actually getting healthcare professionals to apply that knowledge. This ability allows me to aide healthcare organizations in reaching their goals of improved patient outcomes, staff retention, and cost reduction.
