About Apriyandi Sidik

My professional career started in procurement and purchasing sector, where I developed a strong foundation in strategic sourcing and operational efficiency. Now, as a passionate endurance sports athlete (I really love do running and ultra cycling) and a professional in sports retail, I apply the same principles consistency, optimization, and continuous improvement to drive business success. Whether it’s refining supply chains, improving workflows, or enhancing brand performance, my goal is to make everything run smarter, leaner, and more effectively both in business and in sport. Since 2021 until 2024 I work for Indonesian Distributor for several sports (Running and Cycling) brand such as Salomon, Saucony, Saysky, Ciele, Cannondale, Sram etc as a brand manager and from April 2024 I move to Decathlon Indonesia as a Country Sports Leader/Sports Director until today. I specialized in developing strategies that elevate brand identity, strengthen market positioning, and drive customer engagement. With a passion for storytelling and data driven insights, I work to create impactful brand experiences that resonate with audiences and deliver business growth.
