I like to deliberate as the customer would. I place myself into their situational thinking. I inquire to myself the following questions. What is the customer looking or asking for? What is the purpose or goal? How satisfied will they be at the end of the call or the assistance I am providing? I want the customer to feel completely pleased, delighted and fulfilled by the time they hit that big red button on the screen of their phone or when they turn and saunter away.Whether I am working as a veterinarian technician; striving to save and heal animal lives while consoling and providing benevolence to the clients. An aid at an assisted living facility; providing optimism, comfort, compassion, whilst attending to their everyday needs. A child development specialist; nurturing, teaching, and guiding children in a constructive and encouraging direction. Or a customer service expert; providing customers intellectual information, patience, understanding, and satisfaction.Customer service is defined differently in many of these various positions. When I am holding a customer service role, I am overzealous and fervent. I have been an expert in customer service for over 15 years. While I agree there is and always will be room for improvement. I will continuously explore and learn new talents and dexterities. I am comfortable and confident to say I deliver impeccable customer service.
