In this dynamic world, the nature has taught all of us a Very IMPORTANT lesson," Nothing is Permanent and Change is the only constant." That fits in to the professional environment and dynamics, which have changed significantly. I have also followed the same and acquired various skills during my 20+ working years. The journey started off with Pharmaceutical sector, where I acquired Sales and Marketing Skills. Worked upon and honed my Soft Skills. The acuminate communication skills landed me to the BPO sector, where I worked in an inbound Call Centre and with American Express in their back-office operations. In this sector, I obtained another set of skills as Time Management, People Management, Conflict Management, Problem Solving, Analytical Thinking & Counselling. The combined skill set from both the industries proved to be a complete evolution and I touched down to the testing waters of Financial Planning and Learning & Development. In this longest phase of my professional career, I adapted to whole new set of expertise. A few of these are : Enhancing Client Experience, Active Listening, Patience, Stakeholder Management, Strategy Planning, MS Office, Coaching & Feedback, TNI/TNA, Employee Career Development, Performance Management etc. I am once again charged up to adapt new capabilities and transfer my already earned skills to a new/advance role.
