About Ar. Prem Salim

I’m an architect by training, a project leader by profession, and a business builder at heart. Over the last 6+ years, I’ve led end-to-end delivery of interior projects, managed high-value client relationships, and co-built service-driven businesses in hospitality and corporate catering each experience shaping my strengths in execution, problem-solving, and people management. At Livspace, I currently lead projects and sales across two cities, driving ₹1 Cr+ monthly revenues while ensuring smooth delivery through designers, vendors, and site teams. I’ve also co-founded two operationally intensive ventures: a boutique stay business and a catering service with consistent ₹10–12L monthly turnover. What ties all of this together? I work best when I’m owning outcomes, solving process gaps, and leading teams through complexity whether it’s a design project, a customer experience challenge, or a business rollout. I’m now looking to bring these skills into a larger, more structured environment ideally in project management, client delivery, or operations with a company that values ownership, work-life balance, and strategic growth. Currently pursuing my MBA in Global Business from IIM Kozhikode to deepen my business perspective and prepare for leadership at scale.
