About Araceli Layug

I'm currently working in a fast-paced environment as an accounts and admin assistant. my everyday tasks include entering invoices in Cin7, reconciling payments and transactions in eBay, Stripe, ZipPay, AfterPay, reconciling Supplier statements in Xero. My previous job included speaking with suppliers on the phone to resolve conflicts with orders and with 10 years experience as a Customer Service. I have always been able to find the solution on my own without the need for disturbing other co-workers. I have been trusted with more demanding and sometimes delicate tasks because I could be relied on to accomplish them. I have a strong technical aptitude and have adapted to new technology and process in every job I’ve had. I am currently using Xero,cin7, Neto, Slack, Google Chat, Zoom, Skype, Netsuite, IMS, and NopCommerce.
