About Araf Haque
I am currently reading for a PhD in Condensed Matter Theory. My projects focus around constructing mathematical formalism and software to study physical systems using quantum embedding methods. During the early stages of my studies I used DFT and DMFT codes to investigate linear response and transport properties of materials. Later, my curiosities lead me to develop quantum algorithms to study correlated materials and model systems using quantum embedding (DMFT and EwDMET) frameworks. My primary interest is to develop cost efficient quantum algorithms/softwares investigate many various Quantum Many body Systems.
