I am a certified HR professional holding credentials from both CIPD - UK and CTRP - ATRI, with over 16 years of experience spanning diverse industries, including RMG, FMCG, INGOs, Telecommunications, and Beverages. Currently, I serve as a Center of Excellence lead at Transcom Corporate HR, where I oversee key initiatives such as HR policy development, HR audits across business units, Annual Operating Plan/Budget, SAP SuccessFactors (HCM software) implementation, and the standardization of HR processes. Previously, I held the position of Head of People & Culture at Practical Action, an international NGO, where I managed core people management functions, including training and development, performance management, compensation & benefits, and more. My earlier career includes roles at DBL Group, Team Group, BRAC IT Services, and Grameenphone, where I contributed to talent acquisition, payroll management, grievance handling, and overall HR operations.
