About Arainna Forth

As the Business Systems Analyst Manager for University Connected Learning at the University of Utah, I regularly meet with stakeholders to match their business needs and project requirements to enterprise, departmental, and new software technologies. My responsibility is to be familiar with and adept at understanding various platforms to best connect our non-technical users and technical teams to well-architected, robust, and enduring solutions. Using Agile methodology and change management skills, I guide my team to document, onboard, and sunset new technologies as part of the Software Development Lifecycle. Additionally, I function as my team's Scrum Master and Project Manager. I have volunteered extensively with the International Refugee Committee; helping in their refugee resettlement program within Salt Lake City. I also volunteer annually with the Bountiful Food Pantry by planning and coordinating a large neighborhood food drive to purchase, pack and deliver over 2500 "Pantry Packs" for children with food insecurity. I love people, and I find meaning in offering a hand-up to those in need within my community! My family and I are global travelers and academically minded! We have visited five continents with our four children in tow. We love having adventures, meeting, and interacting with people worldwide with diverse experiences and cultures. I am a lover of learning, as well. I have recently graduated with a Master's Degree in Information Systems. I live a full and happy life by working hard, loving much, and making the seemingly impossible possible.
