Trained as a Political Scientist and English language professional, I bring over 5 years of experience in project management, non-profit grant writing, funding proposals, report writing with international development agencies. I have an analytic, perceptive mindset with full attention to detail, deep research abilities and versatile writing skills throughout the whole project lifecycle, from proposal to final reporting. This skill set was built through a diverse set of projects with government and community partners: • full-cycle project management: including, but not limited to managing financial, human and other resources within the project, budget oversight, managing project timelines to ensure full delivery of strategic intiatives and project work plan, handling senior-level communication and partnership, resource mobilization. etc. • grant/proposal writing: I have written proposals for over a 12 million USD of grant funding from state and international opportunities, assignment includes United Nations Development Programme and several local NGOs. • reporting: over 5 years’ experience in writing progress reports for projects with a results-oriented approach, reporting for donors with the highest assessments. • Translating: languages - Rus-Eng, Eng-Arm, Arm-Eng • Consultant: offering counseling services on all the above-listed skills.
