About Aran Ruiz

Engineer and country boy at the core. Grew up wearing overalls, knowing how difficult but yet rewarding, is to produce natural and healthy food while benefiting mother nature, being part of the ecosystem, and generating a circular economy. Curiosity and never-ending eagerness to understand and improve things around me, led me to become an engineer. In the oil fields of West Texas, I learned to solve complex problems on the large scale in the Energy & Natural Resources processing industries. I'm all about the Natural Resources and the operations and processes necessary to make things happen and ultra-efficient in the field. I see the potential in things and solutions to problems that other people don't see, simply because being resourceful and self-sufficient wasn't an option when growing up, but a necessity. The "Wow, How did you come up with that!" I often hear from others fuels my hunger to keep learning and improving, and therefore growing. Operational vision, ingenuity, and efficiency are the core skills of my versatile, dual "Farmer-Engineer" background. I'm driven to "make things happen" and to figure stuff out. I have an innate talent for operations development & management, organization, landscaping and resource allocation. I grew these skills over the years with hands-on experience in the field, having to figure things out quickly. This is how I'm able to recommend the most efficient, sensible and economical way forward in a project or in an operation of my interest. Being very observant has taught me to learn the best of everyone.
