A Management Consultant with over 28 years’ experience in the build environment. A series of roles from project engineer to project manager, contracts management, programme management, Executive Director, Managing Director,Coo and Chairman. Accumulated 22 years’ experience as an Executive Director at Board level with P&L, operational and business accountability. Involved in a number of major projects across London and the UK and have directly and indirectly delivered over £10 billion of private and public sector construction, including projects over £2 billion in value – within a mixture of specialist subcontracting and main contracting environments. Specialising in business/programme transformation and risk management. Working with business leaders to tackle their most challenging organisational problems, developing effective strategies and implementing vertically integrated improvements that increase organisational effectiveness, drive efficiency and minimise risk. Operating across the full spectrum of UK and European sectors and markets, the approach focuses heavily on innovation, reliability, cost-reduction,safety and consistency. Reviewing all areas of a business with potential to add value.
