About Aranta Sharma

As a registered nurse with a bachelor's degree from the Australian Catholic University, I am passionate about providing quality care to patients with diverse needs and conditions. I have gained valuable experience and skills working at Canberra Health Services, IRT kangaroo Waters, Baptistcare Griffith and Villaggio Sant' Antonio, four reputable health care facilities in the region.At Canberra Health Services, I work in the neuro ward, where I assist patients with neurological disorders, such as stroke, epilepsy, and brain injury, spinal cord injury. I monitor their vital signs, administer medications, perform assessments, vitals + near abs and communicate with the multidisciplinary team. I perform bowel care for spinal pt and actively participate in pt progress in rehab.At 3 different Aged care, I work with elderly residents who require aged care, dementia care, and palliative care. I help them with their daily activities, provide emotional support, and coordinate with their families and other health professionals. In both settings, I demonstrate compassion, reliability, punctuality, and professionalism, as well as adherence to the highest standards of safety and ethics. I also have experience working as a covid RN at Canberra Health Services, where I supported the pandemic response and ensured infection control measures. I am always eager to learn new skills, update my knowledge, and pursue new opportunities in the nursing field.
