With over two decades of experience in the FMCG sector, including high-impact roles at Danone Dairy International and Japan Tobacco International (JTI),Kaleh Dairy Co,Brousan Logistics(BAT logistics Project) moreover Danilei Co I bring a proven record of optimizing large-scale logistics systems, driving operational efficiency, and leading cross-functional teams to achieve business-critical goals. At Danone, I served as Senior Logistics and Warehousing Manager, where I led a logistics network supporting multiple distribution centers across Iran. I managed a team of over 50 professionals, established new cold-chain infrastructure, and implemented KPIs and dashboards that reduced transportation costs and improved inventory control. My efforts directly contributed to maintaining stock availability and reducing wastage, which are critical in high-velocity FMCG environments. At JTI, as Fleet and Distribution Manager, I was responsible for overseeing a national fleet of more than 850 vehicles, servicing sales and delivery routes across the country. I introduced performance-based fleet maintenance programs, developed strategic safety KPIs, and implemented vehicle lifecycle plans that significantly enhanced service levels while reducing operational risk. I was honored with the INSPIRE Award, a global recognition of my leadership and ability to align logistics operations with the company’s strategic direction. Having recently completed a certification in AI Prompt Engineering from the Dubai Future Foundation, I am also passionate about integrating modern technology into traditional logistics to enhance decision-making and efficiency. I am now eager to bring this unique combination of hands-on experience and innovation to a forward-thinking FMCG organization.
