With a master's degree in Photonic Integrated Circuits, Sensors, and Networks from Aston University, I am a photonics expert with a passion for technological advancements in the semiconductor and optical communications industry. I have gained foundational knowledge of semiconductor and photonics concepts through hands-on projects and coursework, as well as multiple certifications in Microsoft products and Azure AI Fundamentals. As an R&D Engineer (intern) at Lumentum, I have applied my analytical and problem-solving skills to execute lab work, data analysis, and process optimization for optical communications projects. I have used JMP software to enhance data-driven decision-making and successfully completed Six Sigma training to optimize process efficiencies. I have also collaborated with the process team and provided technical support to bolster the project accuracy and efficiency. Additionally, I have maintained and updated comprehensive documentation for optical communications initiatives. I have strong communication skills and can build relationships and manage competing demands that result in the achievement of challenging goals.
