I am currently working as Human Resource & Immigration Manager for a Software development and Staffing company, with having more than 8 years of experience working in HR, Operations, strategic HR decisions, and Immigration mgt. I am intimately involved in organizational and communication challenges and working to make those challenges into opportunities for better and more efficiency throughout the company. Being the key Sr. leader I am responsible for improving the efficiency and performance of the employees and help retain talented staff to make our company the best place to work. I have a Master’s in Business Admin (HR & Finance). It has always been a pleasure to work and progress in the field that I am confident and knowledgeable, which brings an overall satisfaction to me and to the company. I work in a fast-paced environment where employee satisfaction and business demands have to be taken into consideration. The interests of employees are always at the top of my agenda and you can be assured of my commitment to giving sound advice, support on all HR, Immigration matters. Throughout my career I have always maintained the highest performance standards, I have experience in developing teams of HR professionals and achieving operational excellence through the effective management of staff, Immigration Compliance by connecting with vendors, employees, and attorneys and preparing compliance docs. Guiding the aspirant’s individuals looking for career opportunities, giving information suitable to their course, training, visa categories. It has always been a pleasure to nourish them in their career and achieve their goals, conducted interviews and workshops for aspiring graduates. I have participated in company development meets. Prepared presentations and was responsible for managing existing customers and strengthening relationships with our direct clients. A few examples are status reports, Payroll, HR policy in place, Medical enrollment for the students, Performance review reports, Benefits, and Employee/ student Onboard and exit policy, Employee relations management.
