About Aravind Anand

I have been interested in the working of machines from childhood. Presently, I am a second year mechanical engineering student. I am interested in astrophotography and am keen in developing new mount design for telescopes. I aspire to become an innovative industrialist with self-reliant indigenous machinery development possibilities. I am interested in solving real world problems with the help of technology. I aim to surpass the present imaging techniques of CCDs & CMOS technology in astro-imaging involving the entire electromagnetic spectrum. I dream to develop a technology that increases the power of the telescopes without increasing their size and weight. Also am interested in developing small space telescopes for individual amateur astronomers imaging from earth. So, I start with hope and dream. If it doesn't happen, I still may have the pleasure of observing benefits from the earth. Nothing can be more important to every intelligent man than economics which is a fundamental requirement to achieve your dreams to come true. Therefore, I am interested in the knowledge of gainful productive economy required to meet my aspirations and have been working towards that end.
