My responsibilities include troubleshooting technical issues, providing user support, and ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure. This experience has honed my problem-solving skills and given me a keen eye for identifying potential vulnerabilities. I have proactively sought to expand my knowledge in information security by completing relevant certifications such as CCNA and participating in resolving the issues.
