With over 9 years of experience in analytics, consulting and product management, I am a dynamic and goal-oriented professional who delivers value-added solutions for the Medicare individual business at Aetna, a CVS Health Company. I believe Zero to 1 are my superpowers and I enjoy process of building product or program from ground up. As a Senior Manager Business Consulting, I lead and manage various projects and programs that enhance the business performance and customer experience of Aetna's Medicare individual business. Specialized in 0 to 1 project. Some of my notable achievements include automating sales reports for over 100 sales organizations, developing and implementing a national texting solution, and spearheading the development of a digital agent-facing sales enablement platform. I also leverage my expertise in data analytics tools, such as Tableau, Power BI, Oracle SQL, and MS SQL, to create and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations that provide on-demand insights and recommendations to business stakeholders.
