With over 12 years of extensive IT experience, I have built a solid foundation in various roles and responsibilities. I began my journey as a Service Desk Engineer at McAfee, and I have since progressed to my current position as an Infrastructure and DevOps Engineering Manager for the DBaaS team at Intel. Throughout my career, I have consistently demonstrated a results-oriented mindset and have strived to lead by example, setting high standards for my team. My ability to effectively socialize and connect with peers has allowed me to establish strong relationships within the workplace. I firmly believe that a cohesive team that collaborates together ultimately achieves success together. In addition to my interpersonal skills, I have honed my communication abilities over the years. I hold an ITIL v3 Expert Certification in Service Management and possess a solid understanding of Agile methodologies. Furthermore, I have developed a proficient level of technical expertise in Windows, Linux, IIS, and VMware. My primary focus is to leverage my skills and knowledge to support an organization's vision and projects effectively.
