With over 8 years of driving social impact, I currently work as an employment coach supporting marginalized populations facing complex barriers such as unemployment, homelessness, systemic oppression, and mental health challenges. Equipped in trauma-informed, client-centered coaching that empowers individuals to achieve sustainable employment and educational outcomes through personalized career planning, skills development, and resource navigation. Currently at Street Haven at the Crossroads, I provide holistic employment support to women, designing workshops and facilitating pathways to long-term success. Previously, as Senior Program Manager at Connecting Dreams Foundation, I led fellowship programs for social entrepreneurs aligned with the SDG 2030 goals, managing teams and scaling youth engagement initiatives with measurable impact. My background also includes extensive experience in education with Teach for India, where I managed and coached teaching fellows to improve student outcomes and foster inclusive learning environments. Skilled in data-driven program management, cross-functional leadership, and community collaboration, I am passionate about creating innovative, inclusive programs that drive social change and empower underserved communities.
