About Archin Shukla

With over 15 years of experience in mechanical components, piping engineering (materials, valves, and inline equipment), and project engineering, I’ve contributed to major initiatives in the Power and Oil & Gas sectors. I’ve successfully led complex, multimillion-dollar engineering packages—delivering value through cost optimization, risk management, and technical leadership. In addition to my role as Lead Piping & Valves Engineer, I currently support the North American Supplier Quality Engineering team, working to enhance supplier performance and equipment quality. This includes resolving NCRs, qualifying suppliers, and participating in inspections and FATs. I’m comfortable working across functions—collaborating with proposal teams, cost estimators, sourcing, quality, and customer partners. I bring a practical, results-driven approach to harmonizing specifications, achieving cost reductions, and driving continuous improvement in both engineering and quality domains.
