About Archinya Ingram

With 19 years of experience in higher education, I am a results-driven and mission-focused leader committed to excellence in academic administration, accreditation, and strategic planning. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a passion for empowering institutions to thrive academically, operationally, and financially. For over 12 years, I have served as a Peer Evaluator for the Transnational Association of Christian Colleges and Schools (TRACS), chairing evaluation teams and conducting curriculum reviews. My extensive experience with TRACS culminated in leading Clinton College’s reaffirmation process as Co-Chair, resulting in an exceptional outcome of no findings, no recommendations, and no suggestions—an accomplishment that reflects my expertise in accreditation and institutional effectiveness. In addition to my accreditation work, I am proud to have broken barriers as the first African American and female to be elected and serve as Vice President/President Elect of the Association of Business Administrators for Christian Colleges and Schools (ABACC). In this role, I continue to advocate for operational and financial excellence within higher education. I have held progressive leadership roles at Clinton College, including Interim President, Senior Vice President/Chief Financial Officer, Vice President of Business Services, and Director of Accounting and Finance. My leadership has been marked by: • Strategic Financial Management: Successfully leading audit reviews with consistent no-audit-findings and maintaining a 3.0 composite score, demonstrating financial stability and accountability. • Operational Innovation: Overseeing the implementation of campus-wide systems, including Clinton College’s integrated student information system, to enhance operational efficiency. • Student-Centered Initiatives: Enhancing student services through targeted improvements based on feedback and aligning institutional resources to foster success. I am passionate about using my experience in strategic planning, accreditation, and community engagement to drive institutional growth and impact.
