Actively drafting pleadings for matters being commenced in Small Claims Court, Superior Court of Justice, Canada Industrial Relations Board and Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario. Helping parties resolve matters in an amicable manner by engaging in preliminary negotiations (drafting demand letters, corresponding with counsel, legal research, etc.) and employing alternative dispute resolution processes such as mediation and arbitration. Further, an experienced legal assistant/clerk with a demonstrated history of working with court procedures such as binding, editing, filing, and process serving court documents in accordance with the Rules of Civil Prodecure and the various Notice to the Profession. Skilled in PC Law, ACL, Adobe Acrobat DC (PDF), One-Key, Public Speaking, Management, and Leadership. Strong legal professional as one of the youngest candidates to be a part of the GPLLM focused in law program offered by the University of Toronto, Faculty of Law.
