About Archit Joshi

Armed with a Master's in Computer Engineering from Indian Institute of Information Technology and Management, I've excelled at Grab as a Senior Software Engineer, where my core competencies in developing fintech platforms have had a profound impact. My tech stack mastery includes Golang, Java, MySQL, Kubernetes, AWS, Redis (Cache), and Aerospike (NoSQL), equipping me to tackle complex software challenges and drive innovation. At Grab, the team and I developed the BuyNow PayLater product from scratch, scaling it significantly to account for more than half of GrabPay's online transactions. Later we shifted to a platform based architecture where I contributed and designed core platforms such as Loan management platform, Onboarding platform, ETL and scheduler. We champion a culture that values mentorship, fostering continuous improvement and knowledge sharing. My goal is to keep aligning our technical solutions with the company's mission, leveraging our diverse perspectives to innovate and streamline services for millions of users. I am an adept problem solver and have a keen interest in solving DSA problems (700+ Leetcode problems) and design complex system design architectures.
