Mr. Archit Singhal is a post graduate in Law and also a member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. He is also a MBA (Finance) from IIBM. Currently he is practicing as an Advocate with specialization in Criminal Laws and critical matters. Besides, this his area of practice includes Civil Litigation and Corporate Laws etc. As a part of his law journey he has worked with Judges of various Courts and also had experience of working with the Directorate of Prosecution with various Public Prosecutors. His core area of practice includes dealing in Criminal Matters, Matrimonial matters, Property disputes, Arbitration proceedings and civil matters. He also has the knowledge and experience of Secretarial Audit, Due Diligence, Corporate Drafting, Mergers, Trademark & Copyrights, Joint Venture & Collaborations, Management disputes, licenses and registrations etc. He is into multi level business development of the Sigma Legal Group in various territories and having good contacts with fellow Professionals viz, Company Secretaries, Chartered Accountants, Advocates etc. He is also socially involved in professional upliftment through various Institute activities and membership of various working Committees for last couple of years.
